The End of the School Year

The week after Nate's graduation was the last week of school.
It was a sad week for me because I would not be coming back the next year.
I will miss the students I taught at CA. They are great kids and we had a wonderful relationship. I will also miss one of my best friends that I met while there. Jessica and I taught 6th grade together my first year. Then I was moved to JH/HS and she stayed in 6th. Our last year she was also moved to JH/HS and we were still across the hall from one another. Those are just a few of my girls and the group picture is my 8th graders. Many of them I had in class since 6th grade.

While the last week of school was going on we were also trying to begin packing things at home. We are going on vacation the day after HS graduation. We'll be gone for a week. Have HK's b'day party the day after getting back from vacation. Then we'll go home on Monday and move on that Friday. We can't move on Saturday because Nate has a cousin getting married on Saturday. So our lives are getting ready to go at super fast speed. I'm not sure if I'm ready for all of this.
